Racial Justice, Equality and Diversity - RJED

"By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:35)

The above verse, taken from the Gospel of John, is central to Our Lady of Grace Infants  mission to promote racial justice, equality and diversity. The command to love our neighbour extends to all human beings irrespective of race, ethnicity, culture, or background.  As an expression of that love, we envision a vibrant community with full equality, that embraces diversity and allows for equality of opportunity for all.

'Lord, Please help people to understand:

The colour is just one of the elements of art. We are all equal and unique. We all live under the same blue sky. We are all brothers and sisters. There is only one race: the human race, which lives in all and every one of us. We all have feelings and know how to love. Almighty God, please help the people in need and the people who are suffering discrimination. God, thank you for opening every heart in the world for respecting each other. Amen'
